Free shipping on all items.

Items are usually shipped within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment with standard shipping (1-5 business days).

Most items are shipped by USPS. Some items may also be shipped by UPS and FedEx.

Items may be shipped directly from our Amazon or Newegg inventory in a Amazon or Newegg logoed box.

International Shipping (if applicable)

All International shipments are subject to any and all duties and taxes required by the country in which the order will be delivered. Please be aware these charges are not affiliated with TRONSTORE. Duties and taxes are imposed by the importing country's government. These charges must be paid by the name on the delivery address used when the order was placed. We ship International orders using USPS, UPS, & FedEx.

CANCELLATION

Please use the "contact us" including your order number to cancel your order. A complete refund will be issued back to you.

RETURNS

Free returns on all products for a complete refund.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please keep box and all packing material that the item was shipped in.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Exchanges (if applicable)
